If you don't have lots of money but still want to serve a good lunch, try the Mandarin Cafe.There they serve lots of stuff, including tasty potato salad and banana pancakes. The owner, Mr Cu, is very friendly and will answer you any kind of question regarding Hue or Vietnam. Tip:a real deal is the breakfast, for less than 1 US$
