When i got to Noi Bai airport, there were plenty of minubuses in front of the building. The trip only costs 2 US$ and lasts 45 minutes. You will safely be dropped in front of the airline offices, in the Old Quarter. In case you want to take a taxi, make sure you enquire about the price(whatever costs more than 10 US$ is way too expensive).
