In case you happen to be in Hanoi in late January or early February, you can take part in the fascinating flower festival. Flower markets are open during the week in P Hang Luoc, and in the Lenin Park (Cong Vien Le Nin) there is an exhibition and several interesting flowerr competitions. Flower lovers (and not only) will be surprised to see lots of species of flowers exhibited.
