Ever tried mixed Vietnamese and american food? although it doesn't sound appelaling, at V Cafe they do it successfully, at very moderate prices. For 3US$ you'll have a full menu in a very convivial atmosphere. At Quan Diem Tam, you can ask for the best Chinese noodle soup ever(the "mi hoanh thanh"-yellow noodle soup). Price:only 4 US$
